Refund Policy
This page summarizes Llearny's refund terms. The same policy is part of our Terms and Conditions (section 6, Refunds).
Initial subscription purchase: refunds are available within 14 days of the first monthly payment, or within 30 days of the first annual payment — no questions asked. Submit refund requests through the Paddle customer portal or by emailing support@llearny.com.
Renewal payments (monthly rebill or annual renewal): refunds are not automatic. If you have a valid reason — duplicate charge, technical issue, or dissatisfaction shortly after renewal — contact us at support@llearny.com and we will review your request individually.
After a refund, your Premium access ends immediately and your account returns to the free tier. Lesson progress and dictionary data are preserved.
