References to 'Llearny', 'we', 'us', or 'our' in these Terms refer to the above entity.

By accessing or using Llearny ('the Service'), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Llearny provides interactive language learning courses delivered through a web application. The Service includes free and paid features.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice when possible.

To use most features you need an account. We use passwordless authentication: a magic link sent to your email, or sign-in via Google.

You are responsible for keeping access to your email and Google account secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Llearny account.

One account per person. Sharing accounts is not permitted.

Llearny offers a free tier and a paid Premium subscription. Premium is billed monthly or annually.

Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles taxes, billing, and invoices in most jurisdictions.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription via the Paddle customer portal, accessible from your account settings.

Initial subscription purchase: refunds are available within 14 days of the first monthly payment, or within 30 days of the first annual payment — no questions asked. Submit refund requests through the Paddle customer portal or by emailing support@llearny.com.

Renewal payments (monthly rebill or annual renewal): refunds are not automatic. If you have a valid reason — duplicate charge, technical issue, or dissatisfaction shortly after renewal — contact us at support@llearny.com and we will review your request individually.

After a refund, your Premium access ends immediately and your account returns to the free tier. Lesson progress and dictionary data are preserved.

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract content from the Service in bulk.

Resell or redistribute course materials.

Use the Service to harass other users or to upload illegal content.

Attempt to interfere with the Service's operation, security, or other users' access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

All course materials, including lessons, audio, illustrations, and structure, are owned by Llearny or licensed to us. They are protected by copyright and other laws.

You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access the materials for your own learning while your account is active.

Data you create while using the Service — account information, lesson progress, personal dictionary, statistics — is processed by us to provide the Service and remains under your control: you can request export or deletion.

The Service is provided 'as is' and 'as available'. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that you will achieve any particular language proficiency.

Llearny is an educational tool. Outcomes depend on your effort and consistency.

To the extent permitted by law, Llearny is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia.

This does not deprive consumers of the protections afforded by mandatory consumer protection laws in their country of residence.

We may update these Terms when our Service changes or for legal reasons. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.

Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
